I finally got around to updating our 72 hour emergency kits today. This little chore has been on my to-do list for months. It's been a few years since we did this so all of the food and most of the medical supplies in our packs had expired. I went to Walmart and picked up what we needed and put everything in the new backpacks we bought when our ward did a bulk order of supplies. We warmed up some ravioli on the little tri-wing stoves we have to make sure the compressed fuel bars still work (they're over 15 years old). They did. I'm really glad to have this done!!
