- DINNER INVITATION

Alyssa and Alax invited Kurt and I over for dinner tonight. It was so much fun. They made meatloaf, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. It was absolutely delicious. We brought brownies for dessert.

Their apartment is decorated so nicely. I may have to hire them to decorate our house!

When we arrived, Alax was getting ready to make the mashed potatoes. They asked Kurt, "the mashed potato king" for advice.

He gave them a few tips and voila! we had yummy mashed potatoes!

After dinner we had dessert and played Scattergories. It was a really fun night. Kurt was in rare form and made us laugh all evening. By the way, Alax, Alyssa and Kurt, there is a professional team called the Tomahawks. I googled it ;) I think I won the game!

We had to bring a little housewarming gift....

I'm not sure where they'll store this set of pots and pans....

But I think they really liked it.
