- ARTISAN BREAD

I recently heard about a new technique for baking Artisan Bread. It's supposed to be simple, quick and yummy. I'm giving it a try tonight. Wish me luck.
I'll be buying this book in the VERY near future.

Check out the video below - I've included the ingredients.

1 1/2 TBLS yeast
1 1/2 TBLS kosher salt
3 cups lukewarm water
6 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

My finished loaf. It was SOOOO simple and ABSOLUTELY delicious!
This recipe and method is a DEFINITE keeper!!!
