Tonight Judy and I took a sugar cookie decorating class at
Cake Stuff on Main Street here in Placerville. We learned how to use fondant to decorate our fall themed cookies. I've never been a fan of fondant, but we learned to make marshmallow fondant that was actually quite tasty. It was like playing with play dough, except you could eat your mistakes!
