Indian Cuisine

Tonight Kurt and I met the LaLonde's at Hemalaya's restaurant in Cameron Park.
I've never eaten Indian food, so this was quite a treat.

The sampler platter. This was definitely outside my comfort zone. I tried most everything though.

Kurt and I shared the Feast Platter. I was up for anything....as long as lamb wasn't involved.
It was pretty good.

Home Teaching has never been so fun!

Home Teaching

I had the privilege of going home teaching with Kurt tonight. We stopped by and visited with Sis. Bennett who lives in an assisted living center here in Placerville. She is an amazing woman. Mostly blind and deaf but she's still one of the most gracious, interesting women I know.
