Today Kurt went fishing at Ice House Reservoir with our friend Dave. The weather forecast called for rain, but they decided to take their chances.

Kurt and Dave called from the lake to say they were coming home and to get the frying pan ready. I made some cornbread, some rice pilaf, a salad and some brownies.Here's Dave showing Kurt how to easily skin a fish.

We had a yummy dinner together. The fish was delicious. I can't wait until the guys catch some more!
