I made this yummy raspberry butter for our Relief Society Activity this week.
This recipe (if you can call it a recipe) comes from my daughter Angie.
It's delicious on hot rolls, homemade bread, toast, waffles, pancakes, cornbread, etc. etc.....
The biggest problem is the temptation to SLATHER all of the above items with this
deliciousness. WARNING: It makes a boatload, but it freezes well in smaller containers.
Raspberry Butter
6 cubes (1-1/2 lbs.) butter (YES, you read that correctly)
1 can Comstock Raspberry Pie Filling
Bring butter to room temperature, whip until fluffy. Add pie filling. Whip until completely
incorporated. That's it!
Now....join Weight Watchers! ;-)
