Kurt planned a get-away to Reno for us. We needed to decompress after such a busy few weeks.
We spent the day shopping at our favorite stores, eating at one of our favorite restaurants, and staying in our favorite room at the Silver Legacy.

No trip to Reno would be complete without stopping at Kurt's favorite store - Cabela's. Kurt picked up some pants, hats and fishing gear and I bought some new snow boots.
This is what he really wanted to buy....
And secretly, I've always wanted a coon skin hat.
The store was pretty much deserted. We've only been here during the grand opening and at peak shopping times, so this was pretty weird. 
As we drove in to Reno we saw a pretty cool standing lenticular cloud. 
Being lazy. It feels SO nice.
I love the oversized chairs in the lobby. It's kind of a tradition to take photos in these chairs. Just call me Edith Ann ;) (ha ha Dean!)
